上交所首批受理基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施公募REITs項目申報已達6單

新華財經(jīng)北京5月6日電 證監(jiān)會及上交所6日同時做出正式受理4單基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施公募REITs項目申報的決定，至此，上交所首批受理基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施公募REITs項目申報已達6單。

這4單基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施公募REITs項目分別為華安張江光大園封閉式基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施證券投資基金、富國首創(chuàng)水務(wù)封閉式基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施證券投資基金、東吳-蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)園封閉式基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施證券投資基金與中金普洛斯倉儲物流封閉式基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施證券投資基金。據(jù)悉，目前上交所已收到這4單REITs項目申報材料。
