據(jù)該項目負責人介紹，該套設備點檢系統(tǒng)建成后將成為線材廠設備點檢監(jiān)控中心，能夠監(jiān)控各線液壓潤滑站油泵的啟停狀態(tài)，備用油箱狀態(tài)，油溫、油壓、液位的實時狀態(tài)和歷史數(shù)據(jù)等，還能夠查看各線控制程序的運行狀況，便于遠程故障查找，從而實現(xiàn)對各線控制信號和軋制參數(shù)的實時記錄，為設備狀態(tài)、故障、工藝狀態(tài)分析提供充足的數(shù)據(jù)支持。
下一步，該廠將對控制網絡進行整合，利用中修對一線后續(xù)的控制系統(tǒng)進行改造，完成設備點檢平臺系統(tǒng)的整體建設。 （焦克強）
