副省長賀天才在忻州市調研土地整治和造林綠化工作

portant; font-family: 宋體 !important; font-size: medium; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);>繁峙縣金山鋪鄉(xiāng)苑家地村在整村搬遷過程中，與城鄉(xiāng)建設用地增減掛鉤項目統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃實施，對舊村進行土地復墾，新增耕地83.3畝，推動了土地節(jié)約集約利用，增加了群眾收入。繁峙縣柏家莊鄉(xiāng)東介岔村土地開發(fā)項目屬于社會資本投資的項目，包括土地平整工程、農田水利工程、相關道路工程，建設總規(guī)模943.8畝，新增耕地669.6畝，涵養(yǎng)了生態(tài)水源，治理了水土流失。賀天才一行赴苑家地村和東介岔村，實地察看了土地增減掛鉤復墾項目和土地開發(fā)項目。他指出，要用足用好城鄉(xiāng)建設用地增減掛鉤政策，統(tǒng)籌拆舊安置保障和新農村建設，改善農村居民生產生活條件，將城鄉(xiāng)建設用地增減掛鉤和土地復墾開發(fā)工作抓出實效。
