關(guān)于我校供應(yīng)商管理系統(tǒng)注冊(cè)的通知

normal style=margin-bottom: 12pt; text-indent: 28pt;>為保證我校招標(biāo)采購(gòu)工作的順利實(shí)施，維護(hù)學(xué)校合法權(quán)益，維持供應(yīng)商隊(duì)伍穩(wěn)定可靠，規(guī)范供應(yīng)商商業(yè)行為，我校供應(yīng)商管理開始實(shí)行資格審核準(zhǔn)入制度。具體工作安排如下：

1.即日起，我校供應(yīng)商管理系統(tǒng)接受社會(huì)供應(yīng)商申請(qǐng)注冊(cè)。

normal style=text-indent: 21pt;>2.2018年4月1日起，參與我校所有政府采購(gòu)限額下通過公開招標(biāo)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性談判、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商、單一來(lái)源、詢價(jià)、入圍比選采購(gòu)方式開展的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)，需通過供應(yīng)商管理系統(tǒng)注冊(cè)并審核通過后，方能獲取采購(gòu)文件、參加投標(biāo)及簽訂合同；政府采購(gòu)限額上的采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目需在合同簽訂之前，完成系統(tǒng)注冊(cè)工作。

normal style=text-indent: 21pt;>3.我校供應(yīng)商管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)行信用評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制，供應(yīng)商的歷史信用評(píng)價(jià)情況有可能作為參與限額下采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目的資格條件和評(píng)分項(xiàng)。
