10月14日，泰鋼集團(tuán)召開“能源系統(tǒng)診斷、優(yōu)化與節(jié)能”項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)會(huì)，再次峰平谷用電情況進(jìn)行摸底排查，形成了“峰段不生產(chǎn)，平段谷段全運(yùn)行”的分時(shí)分段生產(chǎn)的“避峰填谷”基本思路，專門制定并實(shí)施了《加強(qiáng)節(jié)約用電管理規(guī)定》，在保證“正常生產(chǎn)”的基礎(chǔ)上，建立了嚴(yán)格的獎(jiǎng)優(yōu)罰劣考核辦法。調(diào)整生產(chǎn)班次，峰期檢修，平谷期生產(chǎn)，大功率用電設(shè)備盡量避峰運(yùn)行，實(shí)施多項(xiàng)節(jié)電措施。（黃志鵬）
