截止到日前，通鋼公司第一鋼軋廠連鑄車間板坯線丙班創(chuàng)造了連續(xù)400天無(wú)漏鋼的歷史新紀(jì)錄。
實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)漏鋼目標(biāo)是第一鋼軋廠降低鋼鐵料消耗的重要舉措。該班組在日常生產(chǎn)中，一方面，全面做好產(chǎn)前準(zhǔn)備工作。大包工、中澆工確認(rèn)自己責(zé)任區(qū)域內(nèi)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備及能源介質(zhì)使用是否正常，主控工確認(rèn)中間包及水口烘烤是否按烘烤制度執(zhí)行；中澆工利用待鋼時(shí)間，檢查二冷噴嘴是否暢通，噴射角度是否正常，如有異常，及時(shí)更換；班長(zhǎng)檢查結(jié)晶器銅板的磨損情況，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)渣線部位，及時(shí)更換結(jié)晶器。另一方面，積極抓實(shí)過(guò)程管控。中澆工根據(jù)不同鋼種要求，合理控制中間包溫度及拉速；機(jī)長(zhǎng)及時(shí)與精煉工序溝通，尤其是在鋼水的成分控制上下功夫，一旦有鋼水成分波動(dòng)較大，及時(shí)與精煉溝通，保證板坯生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏的穩(wěn)定；大包工做好中包溫度控制，主控工時(shí)刻觀測(cè)熱相圖，及時(shí)通知中澆工挑渣圈，防止粘結(jié)漏鋼，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)熱相圖上有暗點(diǎn)擴(kuò)散、熱點(diǎn)下移的現(xiàn)象，及時(shí)啟動(dòng)粘結(jié)系統(tǒng)，避免漏鋼事故的發(fā)生。經(jīng)過(guò)大家的努力，實(shí)現(xiàn)了連續(xù)400天無(wú)漏鋼的歷史新紀(jì)錄。
