normal style=line-height: 30pt; text-indent: 32pt; margin: 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric; mso-para-margin-right: 0.0000gd; mso-para-margin-left: 0.0000gd; mso-pagination: none; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000>一是明確交易范圍。除項目上級主管部門另有規(guī)定的外，將不需進(jìn)入?yún)^(qū)級以上公共資源交易中心集中交易的項目納入鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）公共資源交易中心公開交易范圍。二是明確信息發(fā)布。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）公共資源交易項目的公告、結(jié)果公示必須在本級政府門戶網(wǎng)站上公示發(fā)布或在鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）政府對外公示欄中粘貼發(fā)布，重要項目也可同時在區(qū)公共資源交易信息網(wǎng)站發(fā)布。三是明確交易程序。針對限額下工程類項目和村組集體資產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓、租賃承包項目分別制作兩類交易流程圖，明確具體的交易流程。四是明確交易監(jiān)管。根據(jù)交易項目類別確定監(jiān)督人員分別由鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）人大、村務(wù)監(jiān)督委員、村民代表等組成。五是明確交易服務(wù)。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）公共資源交易中心負(fù)責(zé)交易信息發(fā)布、交易場地安排并提供服務(wù)，按要求向有關(guān)部門上報公共資源交易完成情況。今年以來，鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道）公共資源交易中心已開展限額下工程交易活動21場，節(jié)約資金6.68萬元。
