近年來，鑄管公司在抓好設(shè)備穩(wěn)定運行的基礎(chǔ)上，充分利用新工藝、新技術(shù)，不斷推進設(shè)備經(jīng)濟運行，此次鍋爐給水泵的節(jié)能改造，又是一個成功的節(jié)能降耗案例。為了早日完成項目改造，機動部高級工程師郭長軍積極與廠家聯(lián)系、督促協(xié)調(diào)，為項目改造出主意、想辦法，緊緊盯在現(xiàn)場；動力車間領(lǐng)導(dǎo)嚴把施工質(zhì)量，鍋爐工段工段長朱吉利以及兩名鉗工積極配合，加班加點，加快項目施工進度，車間安全管理人員辦理外部相關(guān)方安全教育告知，制定安全措施，加強現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督檢查，確保了施工安全。歷經(jīng)4天時間，順利完成了給水泵節(jié)能改造項目，改造項目驗收合格，經(jīng)電氣專業(yè)人員核算，改造后的給水泵每小時可節(jié)約用電量70千瓦時，每年可累計減少電費支出60余萬元?！。ɡ钍⑽?nbsp;蔡洪淼）
