normal style=margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 28pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0>今年來，隆陽區(qū)政務服務中心推行集中辦、就近辦、網(wǎng)上辦、一次辦和貼心辦“五辦”方式，使政務服務更加便民利民。

normal style=margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 28pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0>一是集中辦。28個區(qū)直部門、92名窗口工作人員進駐區(qū)政務服務中心、491項審批服務事項進駐區(qū)政務服務中心集中受理辦理。二是就近辦。鄉(xiāng)級進駐為民服務中心事項1560項，村級進駐為民服務站通用目錄事項38項，實現(xiàn)了面對公民個人事項就近申辦。三是網(wǎng)上辦。21個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)（街道)、35個區(qū)直部門、4個駐隆單位共7944項政務服務事項進駐網(wǎng)上服務大廳。截至6月底，網(wǎng)上服務大廳已上傳信息560條，辦理審批服務事項7.29萬項。四是一次辦。區(qū)政務服務中心332事項實現(xiàn)“最多跑一次”服務，其中即辦件219件，承諾件113件。目前，已受理辦理10.65萬件，其中即辦件9.78萬件，承諾件0.87萬件，采取郵寄方式送達辦理結果49件。五是貼心辦。采取主動導辦、預約服務、上門服務、免費代辦等一系列貼心服務。2018年1-6月，區(qū)政務服務中心共開展預約服務14起、延時服務1891起、免費代辦服務1770起；鄉(xiāng)村為民服務平臺開展上門服務14169起、免費代辦服務23829起、入村服務2282起、預約服務9799起、趕集日（固定日）集中服務5361起。
