1、供應(yīng)商應(yīng)具有法人資格，須提供《營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》原件和復(fù)印件加蓋公章。供應(yīng)商須是營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍符合本項(xiàng)目要求的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)或代理商。

6、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
