normal style=line-height: 23pt; text-indent: 21pt; margin-right: 0pt; margin-left: 0pt;>3.3擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須具備有效的市政公用工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級(jí)及以上注冊(cè)建造師證書(shū)（在報(bào)名單位注冊(cè)，不含臨時(shí)建造師）和安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證（B證）；擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理不得有在建工程，并出具無(wú)在建項(xiàng)目承諾書(shū)；
